Terms and Condition for “Meal In The Box”

The terms & conditions applicable to the “Meal In The Box” offered by BFC Foods, a subsidiary of BFC International are as follows:

  1. DPS Indirapuram is just a facilitator in this process and the entire responsibility of the food, quality and all other processes involved in organizing Meal in the Box is solely borne by M/s BFC Foods, a subsidiary of BFC International.
  2. These Terms & Conditions may be unilaterally amended from time to time, and the updated version will always be accessible on our website bfcfoods.com
  3. “Meal In The Box” referred to as ‘MIB’ services is a food service initiative provided within the DPS Indirapuram school by BFC Foods.
  4. MIB is a subscription based meal provided to students through – Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Annual plans. It starts from 1st working day of DPSI Academic Session 2023-24.
  5. MIB Subscription renewal (Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly) are accepted 15 days prior to the date of completion of one plan cycle.
  6. The monthly Food Menu followed from Monday to Friday for a month will be made available one week before the start of the month through our website bfcfoods.com.
  7. MIB meals will be provided basis number of working days in a calendar month of DPSI.
  8. Withdrawal from the MIB subscription is only for Quarterly/Half Yearly/ Annual plan and not for the monthly subscription. Parent must intimate with a withdrawal request by 15th of the subscribed month on info@bfcfoods.com. The withdrawal amount will be calculated on the prorate basis. If a quarterly subscription is withdrawn in the first month of subscription then the monthly subscription charges will be applicable and rest amount can be adjusted into canteen coupons redeemable for any canteen food throughout the same calendar year.   9. Parents agrees and acknowledges that any dispute or complaint the Parent has with BFC Foods is to be handled separately and directly with BFC Foods (and its officers, representatives and agents) DPS Indirapuram shall not be in any way liable for any claims, loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential.
  10. The data provided by the parents at the time of enrolling for the subscription shall be considered final and will be used for future communication with the respective parent. Hence, parents shall ensure that all information provided to BFC Foods is accurate and up-to-date at all times. Any changes must be advised to BFC Foods as soon as practicable.
  11. BFC Foods maintains an internal dispute resolution (IDR) procedure. Parents complaints will otherwise be managed in line with BFC Foods dispute resolution policy and procedures.
